When in Milan, don’t forget to pay a visit to the city’s Cathedral. History says this Gothic cathedral took nearly six centuries (14th to 19th) to complete, and it’s not hard to figure out why when you see it in person. It is the fifth largest cathedral in the world, and the largest in the Italian state territory.
