Sighisoara Romania Houses at Sunset: Our Pic of the Day

 

Sighisoara Romania Houses glow in the setting sun. The colors of these mostly medieval structures are bright in the day and even more beautiful at sunset. Sighisoara is a beautifully preserved old city. Visit outside of the summer and you’re likely to have the stunning old town to your self. There isn’t a whole lot to see here. Outsiders come mostly to wander the narrow cobble stone roads and get a view over the new town below and out to the mountains beyond. Visitors also come to see where Dracula grew up and to satisfy their curiosity as to what exactly Transylvania is about.
