Resort & Casino
Northern Quest Resort & Casino is located at 100 North Hayford Road in Airway Heights, WA about 10 miles outside of Spokane.
Wow. Where do I even begin? What I like most about Northern Quest is how virtually everything about the resort was done with forethought and reason, even down to the smallest details. The interior design of Northern Quest is fabulous. The rooms are modern, luxurious and comfortable. The four-head shower is literally a blast.
The food options around the resort are a great realm of casual and fast food to fine dining. Masselow’s Restaurant was by far my favorite. Although The Q and the Karaoke bar were great fun as well.
I’m not a huge gambler, but still managed to have a great time playing craps ad blackjack. I appreciate Northern Quest’s non-smoking casino floor for those who wish to partake in the table games without smelling like an ashtray.
I am not much of a Spa guy, but Northern Quest’s La Rive Spa had the ability to alter these opinions. My massage and spa experience ended up being a highlight. I could have stayed down in the spa for hours.
Northern Quest is located in the sticks. The resort is on a plot of land about 10 miles west of Spokane. However, we are fortunate that we don’t have to drive all the way up to the actual reservation. The Kalispel Tribe of Indians was granted this off-reservation land to build Northern Quest and the short drive from Spokane makes a weekend feel like a true gateway.
Strong Internet signal throughout the property.

A big yes to Northern Quest. We loved this place, from the stylish detail, to the gigantic TV in the sports bar, to the social responsibility and vision of the Kalispel Tribal leaders. Come to gamble. Come to eat. Come to escape.
